story:

Julia & John are a young couple who had recently been given a new opportunity. Residing in Oregon, the birth place of Nike, Julia went from driving to work at Nike every day to working remotely. With the itch to travel and no reason to stay in one place - Julia and John decided a camper van would give them a newfound freedom.

“Homer” is the ticket.

Julia & John selected earth tones - browns, whites and grays - for many of their custom selections including their floor, backsplash tile, bedding, upholstery and curtains. The result is a clean and modern look for Homer’s tiny-home purposes.

The system is meant for off-grid use and includes 400W of solar panels, a 2,500 Victron Inverter, Orion DC-DC isolating system and 315ah of battery power.

Upgrades included a Ruvati brand sink, a built-in stove 2-burner stove, a 12’ Fiamma roof awning and the ability to convert their sofa area into an extra sleep surface.

Julia & John flew down to Phoenix to pickup Homer before heading back to the Pacific Northwest. Along the way, they are attending a friend’s wedding and Homer will be their after-party lodge. Homer will be part of their weekend celebration with certainly more to come!
