RAM Promaster 2500 High Roof 136”

story:

Alex had owned his share of various camper vans over the ears. He had tried one of the most expensive options on the market, as well as the one of the least. Ultimately, he wasn’t content with either side of the gamut and came to Boho with high hopes he’d get the perfect camper van for his needs.

Alex is an entrepreneur who works predominately in the gaming world but after a short conversation with him, we realized he works countless side projects as well. His current ventures allow remote work, so he wanted a van to detach from the daily grind but with capabilities to work if need be.

Ad Meliora means “Towards Better Things”, and it’s a perfect name for Alex and his demeanor.

Since Alex usually just travels with his two dogs, he realized a 136” wheelbase was the best size for his travels, so we tailored our design to meet his needs. But don’t be fooled by Ad Meliora’s size, it packs a helluva punch!

400AH of Battleborn Lithium Batteries run his off grid “war room” which is powered via 400W of rooftop solar panels. Shore power and a DC-DC isolator provide extra ways to generate power - a luxury he didn’t have in his previous builds.

Less length means a bigger kitchen in Ad Meliora (yeah kind of contradictory huh?) and a passenger side sofa seat aligns with a slide out table from under his bed.

To keep the van fresh - we installed Moto Metal Brand wheels and beefier all-terrain tires. The black trim balances well with his Sandstone factory paint job.

Last we heard of Alex he was out in the middle of nowhere, but he had enough cell service to catch up! From the New Mexico deserts to the Colorado Mountains, we are confident Alex is working on his next new idea.
