Hi my name is Sarina!

With decades of experience teaching yoga and professional dance, I’ve fallen in love with instilling a healthy and active lifestyle in the people that surround me.

I often teach yoga to military veterans, we’ve found together that breathing and meditation helps with PTSD, body injuries and just general relaxation. During these sessions, I’ve heard heartfelt stories about the struggles for veterans to find a career after serving.

Through these experiences, I’ve chosen to donate to the Pat Tillman Foundation, an organization that empowers military members and their families.

Pat Tillman is a hero in Arizona. He sacrificed a career in the NFL to serve our country and died tragically in Afghanistan protecting his fellow soldiers. His story is worth a read.

My design was inspired by throwback park shirts and features my favorite camping area in Arizona - the Mogollon Rim. Legend has it that a sasquatch-like hominid called the “Mogollon Monster” lives on the rim amongst the pines.
