2008 Ford E-350 XLT Super Duty Extended

story:

Houston, perhaps through serendipity, was purchased by TeRel, a mechanical engineer from Houston, TX. TeRel was looking for a weekend adventure rig to explore the country with his first stop happening at the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta on his way back to Texas.

Houston was built on a Ford E-Series Extended - meaning we could extend the bed length (for sleeping front to back) and provide extra storage space beneath the platform.

A 210 ah battery system powered by dual 100 watt solar panels gives Houston sustainable power for a 1500 watt inverter, vent fan, kitchen sink, outdoor shower and ambient LED lights.

We completed Houston with a passenger swivel seat, often referred to as “the best seat in the house”, and red cedar paneling finished with Ipswich pine stain. Boho’s signature 48” rear slide out cook table topped off the build, providing all the more reason to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.
